All information and content on Funnydaffer.com is the property of Funnydaffer, LLC.

Members of Funnydaffer are granted permission to use the Funnydaffer content.  The permission is granted to the individual Member only, for the period of time that their Membership is active.  

No part of this site or content from this site may be reproduced, stored, transmitted, copied, or distributed in whole or in part without express written permission from Funnydaffer, LLC.  This includes lesson plans, pictures, videos, weekly grids, supply lists, standards lists, and all content in the Resource Library.

Payments

By signing up for Funnydaffer and entering your payment information, you authorize Funnydaffer, LLC to initiate debit entries for your Membership dues, and to initiate, if necessary, credits and adjustments for any debits in error to your debit or charge card account.  These payments are processed through third parties, Recurly and Authorize.Net.

Your Membership automatically renews, and by signing up for Funnydaffer you authorize payments to continue each month until your Membership is cancelled.  You can cancel your Membership any time.

Your recurring payment runs monthly on the day you sign up.  The payment is for one month of access to Funnydaffer.  If you pay on the 15th of the month, your Membership continues until the 14th of the following month, and your next payment will run on the 15th.  If you choose to cancel, your next scheduled payment will not run, and you can continue using your Membership until it expires.  

If your payment doesn't go through, the Membership will be cancelled.  You may sign up again at any time.

The price of the membership may change.  Funnydaffer will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price change.  By signing up for Funnydaffer, you authorize the then current monthly amount to be charged.  

By entering in payment information, you affirm that you are authorized to use the debit or charge card account provided.

You understand and agree that you are responsible for all charges to your account for goods and services provided and will make payment for same.
